Corrections, questions about the site, and feedback are all welcome. This is a small independent site, so a real person reads what comes in.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. This is the most useful message you can send.
- Gaps. If you searched for something and did not find it here, we would like to know what you were looking for.
- Site problems. Broken links, rendering issues, anything that does not work.
Reporting an error well
Remote Control behaviour changes between releases, and a lot of apparent bugs turn out to be a version difference or a login method. Six things make a report actionable, and most of them come from two commands:
claude --version
/status
- The page URL, and which sentence or table row is wrong.
- Your Claude Code version. This is the single most useful line, because a fact that was true in one release is often false two releases later.
- Your plan and login method, both shown by
/status. Several Remote Control limits depend on whether you signed in with claude.ai or an API key. - The exact error text if there was one, copied rather than described. Wording differences between releases are how we date a problem.
- Your operating system, and whether you are in WSL, a container, or over SSH.
- What you expected to happen. Sometimes the page is right and badly worded, which is still worth fixing.
If you are reporting something the site does not cover at all, none of that is needed. Just say what you searched for.
What we cannot help with
This site is not affiliated with Anthropic and is not a support channel for Claude or Claude Code. We have no access to your account, subscription, billing, or organization settings.
For those, use the official routes:
- Account, billing, and subscription problems: Anthropic support
- Enabling Remote Control for a Team or Enterprise organization: your organization Owner, in Claude Code admin settings
Response time
We aim to reply to corrections quickly because they affect what other readers see. General questions may take longer.
How corrections are handled
Every factual claim here is checked against Anthropic’s own documentation and against the behaviour of a specific Claude Code release, and pages name that release wherever behaviour depends on it. That means pages go stale in a predictable way: a limitation gets removed, a flag gets renamed, an error message gets rewritten, and a page that was accurate becomes wrong without anyone touching it.
So corrections are treated as the highest priority message this site receives. When one arrives, the claim is re-checked against current documentation and a current build rather than patched to match the report. If the page was wrong, it is corrected. If the page was right but unclear, it gets rewritten. If behaviour changed in a release, the page says which one.
This site is a reference, not a mirror. If you find it contradicting Anthropic’s documentation, the documentation is correct and this site has a bug. Please report it.
